I love Thanksgiving for the opportunity it brings to reconnect with family and friends while also stopping to reflect on a year that seems to have flown by. We think about the things we are thankful for and grateful for and it's such a good feeling. But now that the long weekend has passed right on by, what would it be like to continue these good vibes on?
I have been thinking about this all week. Making grateful an ongoing state-of-mind. Listing the good things in our life on paper or even just in our mind every morning really sets the tone for the day. It completely shifts your energy from ugh, can this day be ova already! to ah, i'v got this!
