Pancakes are classic. Delicious but sometimes a little predictable, boring. This fruity recipe is guaranteed to add a little summertime colour into your breakfast routine!
In a mixing bowl, add one cup of flour, a half a cup of almond milk, and a half a cup of orange juice. Stir this together with a spoon.
Add one egg into the bowl as well as one teaspoon of baking powder, a half a teaspoon of baking soda, a dash of cinnamon and a tablespoon of strawberry jam for colour.
Chop up approximately six fresh strawberries (you can add other fresh berries if you have them) and add them into the bowl.
Mix everything together thoroughly until you have a smooth pancake batter.
Heat your frying pan to medium and pour the batter into their own unique shapes. You know the drill.
